PDO Coppa Piacentina
Spiced intensity with a noble heart.
A CHARCUTERIE TRADITION BETWEEN EMILIA AND NORTHERN ITALY.
Produced mainly in Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy, coppa is made from pork neck, massaged with salt and spices, then slowly cured over six months. Some varieties, such as Coppa Piacentina PDO, are protected by Consortia that guarantee their quality and authenticity, preserving artisanal techniques such as hand-tying, the use of natural casings and ageing in traditional cellars with wooden racks, maintaining a deep connection with the local territory and Italian charcuterie culture.

PERFECT WITH WARM BREAD AND RED WINE.
Coppa Piacentina PDO is at its best with fragrant warm bread and full-bodied red wines, but also creates surprisingly refined contrasts when paired with honey or preserves. Ideal in gourmet panini, it adds character without overpowering the other ingredients. Rich in flavour and naturally gluten-free, it is perfect for those seeking a cured meat that is intense, balanced and incredibly versatile.
