Octopus*
The soul of the sea meets creativity.
ATLANTIC OCEAN, POTS AND A TRACEABLE SUPPLY CHAIN.
The common octopus, Octopus vulgaris, lives in temperate seas and is also caught in the eastern-central Atlantic, FAO area 34, as indicated for this product. Pots and traps are among the traditional fishing gear used. The seafood supply chain requires precise traceability of the species, area and capture method, transforming every tentacle into an authentic story of the sea.

SLOW COOKING, CITRUS FRUITS AND CRISP CONTRASTS.
The secret of octopus lies in the cooking: slow and delicate to soften its fibres, or more intense to create golden surfaces. It is magnificent with potatoes, lemon, parsley, olives and chilli pepper. In a gourmet panino, it surprises alongside fresh creams and crisp vegetables, offering protein and very little fat for a Mediterranean bite that is intense, light, and more authentic.
